Academician Abel Maharramov, Chair of the Department of Organic Chemistry at Baku State University, has donated 31 books to the Presidential Library.

The publications cover organic and physical chemistry, chemical synthesis, polymers and nanomaterials, and the structure and properties of various chemical compounds. The books explore the synthesis of new chemical substances, the properties of complex compounds, modern laboratory research, oil processing, and the development of the chemical industry. In addition, the publications also reflect research on the preparation, properties, and application of polymers and nanomaterials.

The publications include the multi-volume "Selected Works," which covers various aspects of Academician Abel Maharramov's scientific activity, as well as books dedicated to the scientific heritage of Academician Murtuza Naghiyev and the life and work of Abel Maharramov.

Adding these publications to the Presidential Library’s collection expands the scope of scientific literature across various branches of chemistry and facilitates access to research and reference materials. They serve as a valuable source of information for specialists, university faculty, students, and researchers.
