The collection “The First Democratic Republic in the East - ADR” is presented in the “Electronic Books” subsection of the “Collections” section of the Presidential Library. This resource reflects the rich political and cultural heritage of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, which existed for only 23 months from 1918 to 1920 and went down in history as the first secular democratic state in the Muslim East.
