On April 28, 2025, the holdings of the Presidential Library were further enriched with significant legal publications. The newly reissued editions of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the principal legislative codes, incorporating amendments and additions, are presented as reliable and up-to-date sources of information for researchers in the field of law, employees of governmental institutions, and legal professionals.
Among the newly added publications are “The Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” “Constitutional Law,” as well as the following codes covering relevant legal fields:
“Family Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Urban Planning and Construction Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Customs Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, etc.
The new publications, by presenting updated texts of legal norms, hold practical significance in terms of the interpretation and application of legal regulations. Their inclusion in the library’s collection aims to strengthen the provision of legal information and to enhance citizens’ legal literacy.
By providing users with the most recent editions of these documents, which constitute the foundational pillars of the country's legal system, the Presidential Library continues to ensure access to legal information and the dissemination of up-to-date content.
