The digital project “Azerbaijan and the Islamic World” prepared by the Presidential Library, aims to demonstrate the essence of Islam as a religion of peace, culture, and tolerance. The “Islam” section of the project analyzes the fundamental principles of the Islamic faith, scholarly commentaries on the Holy Qur’an, and the factors that determine the significance of Islamic solidarity. The resource provides systematized information on the OIC, ISESCO, ECO and the Islamic Solidarity Games. The “E-Resources” section contains electronic versions of books and articles on Islam in various languages. Overall, the project serves as a comprehensive scholarly and informational source that reflects the scientific and cultural connections of the Muslim world and contributes to the promotion of Islamic solidarity.
