Chingiz Mammadov, Associate Professor at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has donated his books “Fundamentals and Stages of Development of International Relations” and “Political History (From the Earliest Civilisations to the Beginning of the 19th Century)” to the Presidential Library.

The textbook “Fundamentals and Stages of Development of International Relations” covers the formation of international relations, their main directions and stages of development. The publication examines theoretical concepts relating to international relations, international politics, foreign policy, world politics and geopolitics, as well as issues concerning the study of universal patterns within a unified framework.

The study guide “Political History (From the Earliest Civilisations to the Early 19th Century)” provides information on the emergence of world civilisations, the formation and development of political systems, and the evolution of political institutions from ancient times to the early 19th century. Covering the first five topics of the Political History course, the publication presents the political history of countries around the world in chronological order.

The books are intended for those engaged in teaching and research in the fields of international relations and political history, as well as readers seeking to deepen their knowledge of these subjects. The inclusion of these publications in the Presidential Library collection provides access to additional literature for the study and research of these subjects.
