A book collection reflecting the scholarly and creative legacy of Academician Nizami Jafarov, Director of the Atatürk Center in Azerbaijan, has been presented in the “Literary Heritage” subsection of the “Collections” section of the Presidential Library. The collection brings together the scholar’s works published in different years and reflects his multifaceted research in the fields of Azerbaijani linguistics, Turkology, literary studies, and Azerbaijani studies.
             
The collection includes studies devoted to the history and stages of development of the Azerbaijani language, the Azerbaijani literary language, the nationalization of the Azerbaijani language, theoretical issues of linguistics, and various problems of general Turkology. Another area covered by the publications is research into the history of ancient Turkic and Turkic peoples’ literature, different periods of Azerbaijani literature, and contemporary literary processes.

It also covers the foundations and history of the development of Azerbaijani studies, national and cultural thought, as well as various aspects of folklore and literary heritage. Alongside works devoted to the literary legacy of representatives of classical and contemporary Azerbaijani literature, the collection also features studies on the literary and cultural ties of the Turkic world and ethnocultural issues.
 
The works included in the collection encompass extensive scholarly materials on the history of the Azerbaijani language and literature, Turkology, Azerbaijani studies, and the study of the national literary and cultural heritage. The publications contribute to scholarly research in these fields, the expansion of existing knowledge, and a deeper understanding of the national literary and cultural heritage.
