Presidential Library Collection Enriched with Publications from Economic Scientific Research Institute

The Economic Scientific Research Institute under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan has donated four book titles to the Presidential Library.

The publications include the 23rd issue of the scientific article collection "Characteristics and Challenges of Implementing Economic Reforms in Azerbaijan" and the 24th special issue dedicated to the "Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty," as well as the monographs "Digital Sovereignty: General  Aspects and Contemporary Challenges" and "Problems of the Formation of a New Sectoral Structure of the National Economy."

The monograph "Digital Sovereignty: General Aspects and Contemporary Challenges" examines the theoretical and constitutional foundations of state and economic sovereignty; the impact of digitalization on public life; the essence and development prospects of digital sovereignty; the protection of personal data; and international experience and modern challenges in this area. The monograph "Problems of the Formation of a New Sectoral Structure of the National Economy" reviews the formation and development of the sectoral structure of the national economy at the post-industrial stage of development, as well as the macroeconomic aspects of changes occurring in the sectoral structure of the economy.

The 23rd issue of the collection of scientific articles titled "Characteristics and Challenges of Implementing Economic Reforms in Azerbaijan" highlights the concept of the modern economy, sustainable and green development, economic reforms, and the current challenges in this area. The 24th special issue, dedicated to the "Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty," features scientific articles on Azerbaijan's economic development, implemented reforms, strengthening economic independence, and contemporary economic challenges.

The scope of the publications covers relevant areas such as economic reforms, national economic development, digital transformation, sovereignty, and a sustainable and green economy.
